It was Polyvore Monday for me. I was like a kid in candy store messing with my new templates. Of course my first stop was the bags! Since it’s daylight savings this weekend I figured why not step into a colorful mood and that’s exactly what I did. Let me talk you through them.
Top Left: Ashlyn’d “Glimmer Rainbow Box Clutch”: $495. Multi- colored sequins glimmer within this acrylic box clutch. Kiss lock closure. Made in USA. Available from INTERMIXONLINE.COM
Top Right: Les Petits Joueurs “Multi Leather Mini Alex Bag”: $1,055. Get noticed with this rainbow-striped shoulder bag, composed of finely-ribbed leather with an oversized fur pompom. Team with a monochrome outfit to allow the bag to make the statement. Rainbow striped bag with black pom pom. Look, it is so in vogue with it’s dainty top handle but it also comes with a detachable shoulder strap. There are two interior zipped pockets, all with twill lining. Calf leather. Real fur. Eh, it’s made in Italy. Say no more. Available from AVENUE32.COM
Bottom Left: Bambi “Slim line Shoulder Bag” for all of $25! It has an optional shoulderstrap with a zipper closure, metal chain and a darling deer embelishment. It comes in an array of different colors. The baby blue is definitely my favourite but would I be so bold as to get one in pink too? Get out there and get one ladies Available from STYLEMOI.NU
Centre: So, if you have dosh to ditch, the “Alex Mini Bunny Shoulder Bag” by Les Petits Joueurs is for you: At a mere $1,250, the midget cousin of the Multi leather Mini Alex is a dream bag. It’s trapunto-stitching and calfskin exterior makes this all the more magical. More of an evening bag to accompany your date at a Westend show. Or, if you wish to dine under the candlelight, make sure you perch it next to your glass of presecco. Let him know you have taste. Available from NEIMANMARCUS.COM
Bottom Right: Samsonite Suitcase with Vintage Travel Stickers: $89. This is a handsome brown, vintage Samsonite piece made of leather- a true collectors item.
