For the Feet.

What is up with this wonderful September people? I’ll tell you. It’s clearly the moccasin-wearing weather. Autumn, you have been kind enough to give us (mostly) dry days, so much so that we can even wear heel exposed shoes. You mean I can wear a show that  I won’t get drenched in? You mean I can wear a heel out still in to the end of the ninth month of the year? Of course. This bunch of moccasin slip-ons are here to the rescue, courtesy  of  Topshop!

Unfortunately for me I still have not managed to get any of these due to my inherited size 41 feet! I will continue the search for the perfect pair. In the meantime, go grab yourself a pair. Wear with capris, pencil skirts, jeans and if you are a cold creature why not pair with a sophisticated pair of dark tights with a fitted skirt and turtle neck. You will look you went astray from one of the fashion weeks, just like our darling Alexa Chung (left).

Weekend Wear Continues.

Weekend Wear Continues.

Kicking back this lovely Friday evening, I decided to do a small blog on weekend casual wear. This is not necessarily my own personal style, but I wanted to mix up what I would imagine I’d wear if I explored my boundaries. Im not really a trainers-wearing girl, other than out and about on my jogs. But, I managed to be open-minded and picked a cute pair of silver/ grey trainers with Mickey Mouse Print. Eye-catching and adorable, I simply had to include them.

I officially want this Fenty X Puma Overcoat. It has nothing to do with it having a Rhianna stamp of approval (honest, it really doesn’t). I just want it for the pure cosiness, kick back factor. Another reason to wear it on weekends. Its officially available now since September 6th. Check out packed.com for a few $400 odd. Perfect Sunday Times reading kimono, don’t you think?

Italian Streetstyle

A recent trip to Firenze had me snap happy, but not just for the high street Pucci’s or Hermes-window-looking on Via Tournabuoni. It was for the passing locals returning to the office after a quick espresso. It was for the little old olive-skinned ladies, shuffling home with the prized groceries. It was for the everyday Florentine. That is what brings this place to life.

Smart young men adorned in sharp navy blue suits. Mid twenties women in off the shoulder crisp whites. Kids in matching bermudas and tops. The list goes on.

You will notice my photographs are mostly taken from the posterior or side angle. My subjects are unaware and this is for a purpose: To capture the unaware street moves.

Up to date with the newest trends, but worn with such effortless means. The Italian, with style in their genes. Classy and minimalist.
